Show Notes

"Celebrate endings for they precede new beginnings." Jonathan Lockwood Huie

Happy New Year my friend! Everywhere you look this week is talking about starting fresh, starting over, clean slate. And I'm with you. I'm ready to start new, BUT let's celebrate the ending of 2023 FIRST. Even if you didn't feel like it, you've grown significantly over the past year. You have learned valuable lessons. And you have made it possible for you to be right here, right now, ready to move forward.

Let's work together through two exercises--one to use every time you close out a month or a project. And the other to close out the year and start your goal setting for the following year.

In today's Surviving to Thriving Podcast, we talk about:

  • The value of seeing where you have come from so that you can use that to launch you into your what's next.
  • My monthly closeout methodology to keep you motivated and on track throughout the year.
  • The annual closeout exercise I have been doing for years that gives us valuable insight as to where we need to go next by leveraging all that we've learned throughout the year.

If you don't even know where to begin your new year, then this episode will give you the step by step approach to dig in!
